Carolyn Cox is the VP Corporate Counsel at Fred A. Moreton & Company. Prior to joining Moreton & Company in 2010, Carolyn practiced law in the employment and benefits area for over 20 years. She assists benefit managers in understanding and complying with the technical and ever-changing laws and regulations in the benefits arena.
