The Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association (ICBA) is an organization of compensation and benefits professionals. Its members have a primary interest in direct and indirect compensation and benefits management and a secondary interest in the entire scope of Human Resource management issues. The ICBA is accomplishing its goals of 1) providing educational programs for members and 2) offering a forum for members to discuss current human resource issues through WorldatWork Certification Courses, quarterly luncheons and the Annual All-Day Seminar. The ICBA provides a valuable network for compensation and benefit professionals in the greater Wasatch-front area. |
