In this 2-day, limited engagement class with instructor and Excel expert Dianne Auld, you will discover advanced Excel techniques and apply them to create powerful interactive Excel dashboards to consolidate vast amounts of data, findings and analysis into a condensed, executive summary view that will facilitate sound business decisions.
On the first day you'll learn advanced Excel functions, including complex Lookup and If formulas, data validation and protection, array formulas and macros to do pay and benefits calculations and pay and commissions calculations. The next day, you'll learn about data validation and protection as well as macros and put what you learned into action as you create an Excel dashboard that will illustrate how pay structures compare competitively to the market.
This course is for professionals with advanced Excel skills and who use Excel for compensation work on a regular basis. Participants must be comfortable with writing Vlookup, If and other formulas and be able to create charts in order to keep pace with the course.
