Spring and summer have come to an end for the year, and snow has already started falling. With snow the activities of summer end for a time. It’s just for a season though, warm summer days will return. This pandemic will only be here for a period of time too. So, like we make adjustment for the snow, such as pulling out our winter coats and snow boots, we make adjustments for the pandemic, we wear masks, socially distance and meet on video conferences.

ICBA is adjusting too, we will have its first virtual meeting on November 18th. I hope you will join us  as we hear from Dave Ross of Hays Companies about how "best practices" are repelling the best talent and souring corporate culture.

We will once again meet together in-person and it will be like the early days of spring, but summer will come. I look forward to that time, but will look for the positive in today and look forward to better days ahead.
