I, like many others, believe it's the greatest time of the year!  Of course, for those of us in compensation and benefits, it is one of the busiest times of the year.  If you are lucky, you have fiscal year-end budgets, open enrollment, compensation analysis and merit budgets, incentive and bonus payouts, true-ups, required notices, government reporting, and I could go on and on.  While these tasks can be overwhelming at times, it is these responsibilities that make our jobs diverse and exciting. 

I am grateful for the ICBA member meetings and conference, WorldatWork courses and conference, local continuing education seminars, free webinars, and association members who keep me on track and informed. 

We have a great year planned for our members in 2019.  If you haven't taken a moment to renew your membership, then now is a great time to do so.  If you are not currently a member, then now is the time to join.  We look forward to seeing you soon.
