2016 will be another great year for ICBA

Welcome to the Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association website. The Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association (ICBA) is an organization of human resource professionals practicing in the field of compensation and benefits.  Our association was created over 20 years ago by local compensation and benefits professionals throughout the Wasatch Front to ensure that they received the best professional development and educational opportunities locally as well as networking opportunities to share ideas and solutions to common problems. One of the primary purposes of ICBA is to provide an avenue for ongoing education and a forum for continual learning.  We offer five World at Work certification courses a year, as well as four events throughout the year, including an annual seminar.   This year we are also offering an advanced Excel class taught by Diane Auld, teaches Excel classes for WorldatWork.   Intermountain Compensation and Benefits Association is a tremendous resource for learning, networking and sharing best practices for Human Resources professionals. Come join us and keep up-to-date on issues relevant to you and your company, such as legal issues, current topics and practice trends.
