WorldatWork Announces 2021 Local Network Awards Recipients

Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby and Diamond Recipients Named

Oct. 5, 2021 — Scottsdale, Arizona— Various WorldatWork local network affiliates were honored for their strong performance in 2021.

The Columbus Compensation Association (CCA), Intermountain Compensation & Benefits Association (ICBA), North Texas Compensation & Benefits Association (NTCA), Twin Cities Compensation Network (TCCN) and Upstate Total Rewards Association (UTRA) were named the “Top 5 Local Networks of 2021” by WorldatWork. The Twin Cities Compensation Network (TCCN) captured WorldatWork’s “2021 Local Network of the Year Award.”

WorldatWork strongly encourages each of its local network affiliates to establish goals and strategic initiatives in support of the HR profession and total rewards, and to meet the needs of HR professionals. These goals and initiatives allow our affiliates to increase their visibility and effectiveness as well as expand impact within the HR community and they are the basis for WorldatWork’s Local Network Awards.

“We’ve always believed that human resources and total rewards professionals are best positioned for success when the expertise and resources of WorldatWork can be combined with localized support and networking, through our Local Network Affiliates,” said Elissa O’Brien, VP of Membership, Affiliates and Customer Experience. “Every year we celebrate the outstanding contributions of our Local Networks and are proud of the contributions they make to the profession. Today, we celebrate and recognize our top affiliates and congratulate them on the impact they make in our profession.”

WorldatWork asks local networks to submit to four award categories to be considered for Local Network Award recognition: Advancing Human Resources & Total Rewards, Professional Development of Members, Community Involvement and Member Engagement & Growth.

There are four different award levels that local networks can achieve based on their ability to meet the qualification for the four award categories: Sapphire (one initiative), Emerald (two initiatives), Ruby (three initiatives) and Diamond (four initiatives).

Calgary Total Rewards Network (CTRN), Orange County Compensation & Benefits Association (OCCABA) and Upstate Total Rewards Association (UTRA) received the Saphire award. North Texas Compensation Association (NTCA) and Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association (RMTRA) received the Ruby award. Columbus Compensation Association (CCA), Hawaii Compensation Group (HICOMP), Intermountain Compensation & Benefits Association (ICBA), Total Rewards Kansas City (TRKC) and Twin Cities Compensation Network (TCCN) received the top status of Diamond award for 2021.
