Susan Grassli, ACA Compliance Director at GBS, will be providing a critical and timely presentation on ACA Reporting.

Susan's Presentation:

At the beginning of 2016, large employers, those with 50 or more employees who sponsor group health plans, will be filing and furnishing information to both the IRS and their employees about health coverage offered each calendar year. Susan will give an overview of the reporting requirements, explain how Information Reporting relates to Employer Shared Responsibility, and help answer many questions, including the following:

  • Who is required to report?
  • What are the reporting methods?
  • What do the forms look like?
  • What are the possible penalties?
  • When is the reporting due?
  • Why is reporting required?
  • How do I determine which reporting methods I should use?
  • How do I prepare?

Susan's Bio:
